You are allowed to bring in standard lawn chairs to the General Admission and Premium GA areas. 

Everyone entering will be subject to search.

Don't get ripped off! The Rogue Music Fest and The Expo are not responsible for tickets purchased anywhere other than Rogue Music Fest’s ticket page, https://tickets.attheexpo.com/roguemusicfest, Bi-Mart stores, Sherm’s Food 4 Less Kiosk, and the Expo Box Office. The festival and its partners will not honor, exchange, or refund counterfeit, duplicate, or invalid tickets.

The Jackson County Expo and its events have a Clear Bag Policy in place to enhance public safety and make venue access more efficient. Ticket Holders may bring in one (1) clear bag no larger than 12" x 6" x 12" or a 1-gallon plastic storage bag. Ticket Holders are limited to one clear bag per person.

Wristband Distribution events will take place as we get closer to the Festival. Please sign up to be a Festival Insider, and you will be connected via email or Text Message.

When on-site, the resale or attempted resale of tickets is against venue policy and is grounds for seizure or cancellation of ticket without refund or other compensation.

 

The Rogue MusicFest and Jackson County Expo do not guarantee authenticity of tickets purchased from an unauthorized ticket agency (i.e. stubhub.com, tickets sold on the street, etc). Tickets bought from an unauthorized ticket agency cannot be guaranteed and will be null and void if duplicate tickets are presented at the event.

There is parking in the Founders Club (North Lot , Gate #5) or Fan Base Parking Lot (South Lot, Gate #1). Parking Passes are required. There will be offsite parking available that will not be “handled” by the Rogue MusicFest. . A parking map of other locations will be available closer to the time of the festival.

We know what we do best and that is throwing great concerts. There will be no camping on the Expo grounds. Camping will be available at the Southern Oregon RV Park.

Reservations will be accepted beginning January 4th at 9 AM.

All sales are final, no refunds or exchanges.

Everyone over 2 years old will need a ticket. Children under 2 will be required to sit on a lap like an airline. Depending on your ticket location, strollers may not be allowed to be next to your seat.

Yes! The festival is for all ages.

Sorry, no pets allowed at the festival. We will be following the ADA guidelines which do not include emotional support animals.

Absolutely not. The festival was designed so that you won't have to choose between any of the artists' performances.

Sorry, no outside food or drink is allowed— but you'll have great options from top local and national vendors.

Yes, we will ensure healthy options are available.

We cannot control people’s allergies.  If there is a “medical” need to leave and re-enter, we will allow the EMS team to make that call and give them a re-entry band.

Professional recording devices are not permitted, but you're welcome to use your cell phone! (and get social! #RogueMusicFest)

No, your wristband will be snug on your wrist and will not be able to be shared with another person.  Any wristband that seems to have been tampered with will be considered fraudulent and the wristband holder will be removed from the festival grounds immediately.

The Expo is accessible by using the Greenway. Concert goers can easily walk, jog or ride along the Greenway path.You can enter the Greenway from the Pilot Travel Center (No Parking there) or at Upton Road and Peninger.

There will be eating, drinking, and shopping options available on the grounds the entire time the gates are open.  There are no other outside activities planned due to back-to-back performances on the Bi-Mart Main Stage.

Yes!  Each artist/band will have their official merchandise for purchase (in front of the Seven Feathers Event Center) as well as we will have some great only to be found at festival Rogue Music Fest gear on sale too!

Currently, there are no meet & greet opportunities with artists as they are all still working through Covid restrictions.  If any meet-and-greet opportunities become available, we will send the word out!

Understandable you wouldn’t want to get advertisements etc.  However, in this day and age, you know someone with an email you can use for necessary communication.?..  You will need to rely on this email for any and all up-to-date information that comes out and if we need to get in touch with you for a refund or track your ticket if it gets lost.
